7+ years building full-stack products, AI systems, and production infrastructure across startups and enterprise.
- Owned product design, UI/UX, developer experience, and project management in addition to full-stack engineering — driving the product from concept to production.
- Implemented performance-critical answering-machine detection (fine-tuned WavLM + SetFit) with 95% accuracy — 2x more accurate than Twilio's and 5x faster.
- Built custom RAG pipelines, document processing, and agent orchestration layers.
- Shipped concurrent VOIP power-dialer with optional AI Voice agent (Twilio + ElevenLabs) and real-time script assistant (Gemini).
- Developed MCP-based Slack bot as a secondary frontend and added MCP support for all user features.
- Built Snowflake data governance platform managing RBAC, access requests, and functional roles for enterprise companies.
- Built the entire product from scratch when the company shifted direction away from data governance.
- Primary full-stack contributor during growth from $50k → $1.7M ARR.
- Turned founder's MVP tour builder into a polished and scalable production app.
- Built Chrome extension from scratch that accelerated tour creation by 10x.
- Designed and built customer-facing analytics/observability system.
- Led integrations API team for a multinational staffing platform serving 150,000 clients and 1.7 million users.
- Improved cross-system reliability by diagnosing and fixing data inconsistencies between black-box vendor systems.
- Built mass SMS/email and resume-distribution systems used by several hundred internal recruiters daily.
- Built SMS-based access workflows (Node.js, Twilio) and maintained MLS ingestion pipelines.
- Improved MLS sync reliability and service availability.
